Please reference the map below or UPS.com, USPS.com for more detail. Please account for both processing and transit times when placing an order.

 

MORE SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Receive complimentary ground shipping and a free sample on orders over $50+ (before tax). Ground shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories.

  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated based on selected service at checkout.

  • We are unable to ship to addresses without a recipient. This includes P.O. Boxes. We are currently unable to ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

  • Once package is in the hands of the carrier severe weather conditions during transit may cause delays in delivery.
     

  • Your order may be delayed due to increased UPS order volumes, address issues, missing apartment numbers, etc. 
     

  • At this time, please allow 1-3 business days to process an order before it ships.

  • Orders shipping 2 Day Air or Next Day Air must be placed by 11:00am PT for guaranteed delivery. 

  • For more detailed transit times for Ground Shipping, please reference USPS.com or UPS.com. All orders ship from our headquarters in Long Beach, CA 90806. Please allow 6 days to process the order before it ships.

  • During high volume periods (i.e. sales and holidays) orders may experience a slight delay in processing times.

  • We are unable to edit, add or remove items on an order once it has been placed. If there is an issue with an order or it needs to be canceled, please reach out to customer service as soon as possible at info@yahwehcandlesco.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 

  • We do not ship to Freight Forwarders or Re-Sellers.

Overview

We hope you are ALWAYS 100% satisfied with your Yahweh Candles Co purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, Yahweh offers a refund or exchange on unopened and unused, full-priced items has been extended past 30 days of your purchase date (adjustable per COVID-19).   At this time, items ordered online cannot be returned in-store.

Damages

If upon arrival, any part of your order is damaged, please email info@yahwehcandlesco.com as soon as possible and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Any inquiry must be received by  Yahweh Candles Co within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note: Once product is removed from its original protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

Sale Items

All sale products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Online discounts and promotional codes cannot be combined with sale items.

Custom Gift Sets

All custom gift sets are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Bulk Orders

Bulk orders that have been pre-approved are made to order and are final sale. Bulk Orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Bulk discounts are not valid on sale items.​

WARRANTY INFORMATION

 USEFUL PRODUCT & SAFETY TIPS

o    Trim candle wicks to 1/4" before each use.

o    With each candle use, always burn long enough to liquefy to the sides of the vessel (which may take a few hours). This will prevent uneven burning or tunneling.

o    Use a candle plate or coaster to protect surfaces. Never put a candle directly on a surface that is flammable or could be damaged by heat or oil.

o    Wicks may move or shift away from the center after the wax has liquified. Extinguish the flame and gently nudge back in place using a wick trimmer.

o    Do not burn candles in or near a draft. Keep candles away from curtains or anything that could ignite (books, home décor, clothing, etc.)

o    Always keep candles in sight when in use. 

o    Keep candles  away from children and pets.

o    Never move a burning candle. The candle container and wax can become extremely hot when in use. Allow the candle to cool and wax to solidify before moving.

o    Use lids to help keep the wick and wax clean of any excess debris and dust. Always remove wick trimmings, matches, etc. before burning.
